CLASS SKILL:

• Magic Resistance C - Cancel spells with a chant below two verses (Six Lines). Cannot defend against Magecraft on the level of High-Thaumaturgy and Greater Rituals.
• Riding C: As skilled rider he could in theory ride anything but holy or demon class creatures. However, Saber is uncomfortable with “black tech” land vehicles and suffers a rank downgrade in Skill.
   

PERSONAL SKILLS:

• Charisma: A – As a child, Ky has to make up for his lack of experience with sheer force of personality in order to lead his men against overwhelming odds. Ky’s honesty and love for people reflects brightly in his eyes and it is the nature of his selfless love that his men are willing to die in order to insure his safety, or to throw themselves into suicidal missions.
• Guardian Knight: A – Dedicated to the protection of humanity from extinction - their hopes pinned on his survival, Ky’s Endurance will rise in rank when he is protecting others from harm.
• Instinct: C – The power to feel favorable conditions in battle, Ky had survived despite terrible odds and his youth by understanding his surroundings. However due to his chivalric streak, and rash nature, this skill is downgraded to a C, meaning it only works when he’s on the defense. In this case, he can uses it to get a general gauge of an enemy's strength and the best means of distracting the foe.

As Ky comes from an era that would be considered the Second Coming of Magic, his magical power is considered greater then that of a modern Magus, but he cannot compare to a Servant that lived during The Age of Gods. He could in theory be summoned as a Caster, but Ky admits he would make a poor one due to his magic not allowing for a good rank in Territory Creation or Item crafting.

NOBLE PHANTASM:

Zwei Voltage: C (with Fuuraiken), D- (Without) - A technique that combined Ky's Lightning magic and his expertise with a sword into a deadly attack. Lightning races up his blade and lashes out as he strikes at his enemy with five blindingly fast slashes in a manner that creates a Holy Cross that he then stabs through. If it is not blocked, Zwei Voltage will always kill the enemy - whether they are human, spirit, or gear. However if the foe is prepared and blocks the attack, it dissipates into nothing. Once blocked, Ky cannot use the same attack against the enemy again.

Fuuraiken: A (normal) - A++ (against Gears) - as with Excalibur for Arthur, his most powerful Noble Phantasm is his weapon - The Holy Thunderseal Sword Fuuraiken. It heightens and channels his magic to a higher degree of efficiency, effectively modifying his magic parameter to B+ while wielding it and overall reducing the amount of Prana he needs to perform acts of magecraft.  As part of the Outrage weapons, it responds to the presence of other Outrage weapons by vibrating. Due to it's nature as a weapon design to slay gears and Ky's reputation, it's power increases Exponentially against Gear-Type enemies.
